应用型高校双创教师教学能力提升策略研究

摘要 应用型高校双创教育的任务是培养具有创新精神的应用型人才,开展双创教育是应用型高校教学改革的主要发展方向。但是,受到师资力量方面因素影响,应用型高校双创教育存在课程建设滞后,教学方式传统,实践教学开展不足,信息化教学资源缺失等具体问题。本文研究应用型高校双创教育中教师教学能力提升的策略,着力提高双创教育的整体教学水平。 The task of entrepreneurship and innovation education in applied colleges and universities is to cultivate innovative applied talents.Carrying out entrepreneurship and innovation education is the main development direction of teaching reform in applied colleges and universities.However,due to the influence of factors of faculty,application-oriented university entrepreneurship and innovation education have some specific problems,such as lagging curriculum construction,traditional teaching methods,insufficient practical teaching and lack of information-based teaching resources.This paper studies the strategies of improving teachers'teaching ability in entrepreneurship and innovation education in applied universities,focusing on improving the overall teaching level of entrepreneurship and innovation education.
