行业协会参与学徒制的作用机制研究

Research on the Mechanism of Industry Association Participation in Apprenticeship

行业协会与学徒制有着天然的联系,是引领和推动学徒制高质量发展的重要社会组织。研究借助第三部门理论,分析了行业协会参与学徒制的依据;针对当前行业协会参与学徒制面临的困境,围绕构建完善的行业协会法律保障体系、加强行业协会自身能力建设、推动行业协会适应性发展、完善经费和环境保障措施四个方面,提出了相应的对策与建议。

The industry association has a natural connection with apprenticeship,and it is an important social organization to lead and promote the high-quality development of apprenticeship.With the help of the theory of the third sector,this paper analyzes the basis for the industry association participation in the apprenticeship system.In view of the current difficulties faced by industry associations in participating in apprenticeship system,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:building a perfect legal protection system for industry associations,strengthening their own capacity building,promoting the adaptive development of industry associations,and improving funding and environmental protection measures.
