摘要
为优选煤自燃预测定量指标,本文选取开滦6个煤矿实验煤样进行程序升温氧化实验,并对煤自燃发火主要指标进行气象色谱分析,利用origin软件分析煤自燃氧化过程中的气体与温度之间的对应关系,对煤自燃预测的定量指标作出分析,选择最优定量指标与煤温变化关系,建立煤自燃早期的预测函数模型。
In order to optimize the quantitative index of coal spontaneous combustion prediction,in this paper coal samples from 6 coal mines in Kailuan were selected for temperature programmed oxidation experiment,and the main indexes of spontaneous combustion of coal were analyzed by meteorological chromatography,using origin software to analyze the corresponding relationship between gas and temperature in the process of coal spontaneous combustion and oxidation,and using SPSS data processing software to analyze the quantitative index of coal spontaneous combustion prediction by means of nonlinear fitting analysis,an early prediction function model of coal spontaneous combustion was established based on the relationship between the optimal quantitative index and coal temperature.
