摘要
本文以2019年电力、热力生产和供应业企业为研究对象,使用三阶段DEA方法去除环境变量和随机扰动项的影响,测度其绿色投资效率,结果发现:电力行业上市公司的绿色投资效率总体偏低,在剔除环境和随机因素以前,规模效率和技术效率都被低估;电力行业上市公司的绿色投资效率值差距较大;技术效率和规模效率缺乏会导致电力行业公司的绿色投资效率水平低下;由于存在资源虚耗、配置不合理的问题,各企业需要提高管理水平,优化资源配置,从而提高绿色投资效率。
This paper takes power and heat production and supply enterprises in 2019 as the research object,use the three-stage DEA method to remove environment variables and the influence of random disturbance,measure its green investment efficiency.It is found that the green investment efficiency of listed companies in electric power industry is generally low,before rejecting environment and random factors,the scale efficiency and technical efficiency are undervalued.The green investment efficiency of the listed companies in the power industry varies greatly.The lack of technical efficiency and scale efficiency will lead to the low level of green investment efficiency of power industry companies.Due to the problem of resource depletion and unreasonable allocation,enterprises need to improve their management level and optimize resource allocation so as to improve the efficiency of green investment.
