新文科建设背景下茶文化专业课程思政实践与思考--以习茶礼仪教学为例

The Practice and Reflection of Curriculum Ideological and Political Construction of Tea Culture Curriculum under the Background of New Liberal Arts Construction--Taking“Tea Etiquette”as an example

茶文化对中华民族文化的发展起着重要的引领作用和教育价值,被视为文化自信的重要载体。新文科建设背景下,高校茶文化相关专业的建设对茶文化的传承创新起了重要的推动作用,优化专业发展,提升专业人才质量成为茶文化专业人才培养的重要任务。课程思政是高校落实“立德树人”的重要途径和抓手,是促进专业人才质量的提升重要手段,因此本研究借助“课程思政”积极实施教学改革和实践,紧紧围绕创新、引领的基本原则,推进茶文化专业建设的模式创新,以习茶礼仪课程为例进行课程提质的实践,以此来推进茶文化专业的优化。

Tea culture plays an important leading role and educational value in the development of Chinese culture,and it is regarded as an important grasp of cultural confidence.Under the background of new liberal arts construction,the construction of tea culture specialty in universities has played an important role in promoting the inheritance and innovation of tea culture.Optimizing the professional development and improving the quality of professional talents have become an important task of professional talents cultivation of tea culture.Curriculum ideological and political construction is an important way to implement“strengthening moral education and cultivating people”.Therefore,with the help of“curriculum ideological and political construction”,this study actively implements the teaching reform and practice,closely focuses on the basic principles of innovation and guidance,and actively promotes the mode innovation of specialty construction of tea culture.Taking the course of"Tea Etiquette"as an example,it carries out the practice of course quality improvement,so as to promote the optimization of tea culture specialty.
