摘要
本文以泸州市文化旅游发展投资集团有限公司(以下简称"泸州文旅")为研究对象,研究其企业发展战略。文章先介绍泸州文旅的企业情况,指出目前主要存在企业战略思考缺乏明确的实施计划、组织权力过于集中、缺乏现代企业制度运营等问题。文章对泸州文旅战略环境分析的基础上,提出发展战略目标:完成资源向资产的转化及资产向资本的转化,并给出了具体的企业战略,希望泸州文旅能建设成政府导向与市场运营并重、兼具经济效益和社会效益双效并举的知名企业。
This paper takes Luzhou Cultural Tourism Development Investment Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Luzhou Cultural Tourism Group")as the research object to study its enterprise development strategy.Firstly,the paper introduces the situation of Luzhou Cultural Tourism Group,and points out that there are some problems such as lack of clear implementation plan in corporate strategies,excessive concentration of organizational power and lack of modern enterprise system operation.In terms of Luzhou Cultural Tourism Group,based on the analysis of the strategies,this paper puts forward the development strategic goals,shifting resources to assets and then from assets to capital,and gives the concrete strategy of enterprise,hoping that Luzhou Cultural Tourism Group will be built into a well-known enterprise with equal emphasis on government guidance and market operation and both economic and social benefits.
