商务工作涉及一个企业价值链端到端(Lead to Cash)流程的各个方面,随着中国众多企业响应国家"走出去"的号召,越来越多的中小企业逐步加大国际经济合作力度,但在更为复杂的国际经济形势和全球新冠疫情背景下,如何从商务工作的角度规避和管控企业所面临的风险,是中小企业关注的重点。本文从国际商务操作实务的角度,分析企业在国际经济对外合作过程中,商务工作所面临的风险,并提出了应对和管控风险的措施,以供参考。

Business work involves all aspects of the Lead to Cash process of corporate value chain.As many Chinese enterprises respond to the call of"going global",more and more small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are gradually increasing their international economic cooperation.However,in the context of the more complex international economic situation and the pandemic,how to avoid and manage the risks faced by enterprises from the perspective of business work is a focus that SMEs pay more attention to.From the perspective of international business practice,this article analyzes the risks faced by enterprises in the process of international economic cooperation with foreign countries,and proposes measures to deal with and manage risks for reference.
