“一带一路”背景下铁路国际化人才需求研究

Research on the Demands of Railway International Talents in the Context of the“Belt and Road”Initiative

"一带一路"倡议的提出为我国铁路尤其是高铁"迈出去"提供了新的机遇,也对铁路国际化人才需求提出了更高要求。本文基于我国铁路优势分析了设施联通中铁路的骨干作用,从高校、职业技校、企业三个角度出发,深入分析了当前国际化人才内涵与培养模式。在此基础上,从技术型、管理型、综合型三类人才维度探讨了"一带一路"背景下对于铁路国际化人才的需求,为我国培养高质量的铁路国际化人才提供参考。

The"Belt and Road"initiative has provided new opportunities for China’s railway,especially high-speed railways,to"go global",and it also puts forward higher requirements for railway international talents.Based on the advantages of China’s railway,this article analyzes the backbone role of railways in the connection of facilities.From the perspectives of universities,vocational schools,and enterprises,it deeply analyzes the connotation and training mode of current international talents.On this basis,the demand for railway international talents under the background of the"Belt and Road"initiative is discussed from the dimensions of three types of talents,including technology-based,managementbased,and comprehensive talents,and provides a reference for China to cultivate high-quality railway international talents.
