基于画布理论的家政服务企业商业模式研究——以雷氏普爱为例

Research on Business Model of Housekeeping Enterprises Based on Business Model Canvas——Taking Lei’s Love as an Example

互联网技术的发展正在改变家政行业的竞争格局,传统家政企业的商业模式已无法满足新时代的需求,在不断转型的过程中,家政企业必须以商业模式为竞争焦点,Osterwalder提出的商业模式画布理论,是一种系统的商业模式分析工具。本文以我国家政行业领跑者之一的雷氏普爱企业为例,基于画布理论对其九大要素做出具体论述,评价在商业模式创新过程中的优劣势,对我国家政企业的商业模式创新提供参考借鉴。

The development of Internet technology is changing the competitive landscape of the housekeeping industry.The business model of traditional housekeeping enterprises can no longer meet the needs of the new era.In the process of continuous transformation,housekeeping enterprises must focus on business models.The business model canvas theory proposed by Osterwalder is a systematic business model analysis tool.This article takes Lei’s Love,one of the leaders in the political industry in China,as an example.Based on the business model canvas theory,it makes a specific discussion of nine elements,evaluates the advantages and disadvantages in the process of business model innovation,and makes innovations in the business model of China’s political enterprises as reference.
