创新驱动下江苏智能制造发展现状及对策研究

Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Intelligent Manufacturing Driven by Innovation in Jiangsu Province

江苏制造业具有较为深厚的发展基础,制造业增加值占地区生产总值的35%以上。《中国制造2025》实施以来,江苏就开始探索智能制造体系建设。文章通过数据分析了我国制造业的总体状况,江苏制造业及智能制造发展现状,针对智能制造标准体系不完善、自主创新能力不足、区域发展不平衡等问题,本文提出政策扶持、鼓励创新、加快发展工业互联网技术、重视人才培养和引进等对策,推动"中国制造"向"中国创造"转变,实现高质量发展。

Jiangsu’s manufacturing industry has a relatively solid foundation for development,and the added value of the manufacturing industry accounts for more than 35%of the region’s GDP.Since the implementation of Made in China 2025,Jiangsu has begun to explore the construction of an intelligent manufacturing system.The article analyzes the overall status of China’s manufacturing industry,Jiangsu’s manufacturing industry and the development status of smart manufacturing through data,and proposes countermeasures including policy support,innovation encouragement,accelerating the development of industrial Internet technology,and paying much attention to talent cultivating and introduction in response to the imperfect standardized system of smart manufacturing,insufficient independent innovation capabilities,and uneven regional development.These measures aim to make a shift from"Made in China"to"Created in China"and achieve high-quality development.
