民营企业建设EAP本土化管理项目的价值研究

摘要 随着我国经济的高速发展,民营企业数量呈爆发式增长,作为市场经济主体之一的民营经济一直活跃在我国社会经济发展的最前端,对我国经济社会发展作出了巨大的贡献。在日益激烈的市场竞争中,民营企业面临严峻的考验,职工压力越来越大。民企中雇员与管理者、所有者的立场分歧由来已久,业界也一直在努力探索解决思路,希望有一种管理手段和智慧来调和由于工作关系、工作环境、不同立场产生的鸿沟与分歧。员工帮助计划(EAP)是组织为员工提供的一项长期福利计划,EAP可以有效缓解员工的压力和协调来自工作中不同立场的鸿沟与分歧,并且有效进行风险管理。EAP可减少管理成本和沟通成本,从而帮助企业增加利润和绩效,促进企业健康生态文化的形成。本文通过对民营企业实施EAP必要性、现状、应用模式、效果评价的分析论述,论证了对民营企业实施EAP(员工帮助计划)项目的必要性和现实性,以及EAP不可替代的特殊价值意义。 With the rapid development of China’s economy and the surging number of private enterprises,as one of the main subjects of the market economy,the private economy has been active in the forefront of China’s social and economic development,and has made great contributions to China’s economic and social development.In the increasingly fierce market competition,private enterprises are facing severe tests and employees suffer from increasing pressure.The differences in positions between employees,managers and owners in private enterprises have been long-standing,and the industry has been trying to explore solutions in the hope of having a management tool and path to reconcile the gaps and differences arising from working relationships,working environment and different positions.Employee Assistance Plan(EAP)is a long-term welfare plan provided by an organization for employees.EAP can effectively relieve the pressure of employees,coordinate the gap and disagreement from different positions in the work,and effectively manage risks.EAP can reduce management costs and communication costs,thus helping enterprises to increase profits and performance,and promoting the formation of a healthy ecological culture of enterprises.Based on the analysis and discussion of the necessity,current situation,application mode and effect evaluation of EAP implementation in private enterprises,this paper demonstrates the necessity and practical significance of EAP implementation in private enterprises,as well as the special value significance of EAP that cannot be replaced.
