江苏省高层次创新创业人才服务调查及优化研究

摘要 突破高层次创新创业人才"留得住、用得好、流的动"掣肘的关键是人才服务。文章基于江苏省232名高层次创新创业人才开展服务满意度和需求调查展开分析,借鉴浙江、深圳、中国香港、美国硅谷高层次创新创业人才服务的亮点做法,从服务供给、服务体系、服务环境、服务特色四方面提出江苏省创新创业人才服务优化策略。研究结论对江苏及其他区域创新创业人才服务改善具有借鉴意义。 The key to breaking through the constraint of"retaining,using and mobilizing"high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents is talent service.The article analyzes the service satisfaction and demand survey based on 232 high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Jiangsu Province,and proposes strategies to optimize the service for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Jiangsu Province from four aspects,including service supply,service system,service environment,and service characteristics,with reference to the successful practices of high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents services in Zhejiang,Shenzhen,Hong Kong,China,and Silicon Valley.The findings of the study have implications for the improvement of innovative and entrepreneurship talent service in Jiangsu and other regions.
