婴幼儿奶粉中氯丙醇酯污染水平监测及膳食暴露评估

Monitoring and dietary exposure assessment of chlorpropanol ester contamination in infant milk powder

目的了解婴幼儿奶粉中2-氯丙醇酯(2-MCPD)和3-氯丙醇酯(3–MCPD)2种脂肪酸氯丙醇酯的污染水平,评估婴幼儿通过乳粉摄入3-氮丙醇酯的暴露风险。方法利用非衍生化气相色谱串联质谱仪(GC-MS/MS)法对76份婴幼儿奶粉中2-氯丙醇酯和3-氯丙醇酯的污染状况进行调查;利用点评估法对婴幼儿通过奶粉摄入的氯丙醇酯进行膳食暴露评估;对比分析了不同采样环节采集样本中氯丙醇酯含量的不同。结果2-MCPD和3-MCPD检出率分别为87.3%和100.0%,检出浓度平均值分别为0.018 mg/kg和0.054 mg/kg。评估结果显示,婴幼儿3-MCPD酯的中位膳食暴露量在0.27(μg/kg·BW)/d~1.59(μg/kg·BW)/d,占TDI值的13.5%~79.5%。另外,超市和网店采集样本中氯丙醇酯的检出含量处于相同水平。结论婴幼儿配方奶粉中氯丙醇酯污染问题应引起高度关注,婴幼儿通过奶粉摄入的氯丙醇酯存在健康风险。

Objective To investigate the contamination levels of 2-chloropropanol ester and 3-chloropropanol-ester in infant milk powder and evaluate the exposure risk of 3-chloropropanol ester ingested by infant milk powder.Methods The contamination of chloropropanol ester in 76 infant milk powder was detected by non-derivative gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometer(GC-MS/MS)method.Dietary exposure assessment of chloropropanol ester ingested by infant milk powder was evaluated by evaluation method..The content of chloropropanol ester in samples collected at different sampling stages was compared.Results The detection rates of 2-MCPD and 3-MCPD were 87.3%and 100.0%,respectively.The average detection concentrations were 0.018 mg/kg and 0.054 mg/kg,respectively.The results showed that the median dietary exposure of 3-MCPD esters in infants was between 0.27(μg/kg·BW)/d-1.59(μg/kg·BW)/d,accounting for 13.5%-79.5%of the TDI value.In addition,the detection content of chloropropanol ester in supermarket and online store samples is at the same level.Conclusion The contamination o£chloropropanol ester in infant formula should be highly concerned,and the levels of 3-MCPD esters in infant formulas may pose a potential risk.
