摘要
目的 建立一种测定杏仁中氰化物的连续流动注射分光光度法,并应用于杏仁中氰化物含量的检测。方法 处理后的杏仁样品经超声30 min,37℃下水解48 h后,上清液过滤后经连续流动注射仪在线蒸馏分析。结果 氰化物在0 mg/kg~40 mg/kg质量浓度内线性良好,相关系数(r)> 0. 999,氰化物的检出限(S/N=10)为0. 10 mg/kg。杏仁样品在50 mg/kg、500 mg/kg、1 000 mg/kg 3种浓度水平的加标回收率为86. 0%~91. 3%,相对标准偏差<4. 8%(n=6)。结果显示杏仁样品中氰化物含量在0 mg/kg~2 000 mg/kg,平均含量为112 mg/kg。结论 在线蒸馏连续流动注射分析法简便、准确、可靠,适用于杏仁中氰化物的检测。通过对48份杏仁样品的测定,得到了杏仁中的氰化物含量。结果显示部分苦杏仁样品中氰化物含量很高,过量食入引起的中毒风险需高度警惕。
Objective An accurate method for the determination of cyanide in apricot kernel by continuous flow injection spectrophotometry was established and applied in the detection of the cyanide contents released from apricot kernel.Methods The processed almond sample was hydrolyzed at 37°C for 48 h after 30 min of ultrasound treatment,and the supernatant was filtered and analyzed by online distillation with continuous flow injection apparatus.Results The linearity of cyanide was good in the range of 0 mg/kg to 40 mg/kg,the correlation coefficient(r)was greater than 0.999,and the detection limit(S/N=10)of cyanide was 0.10 mg/kg.The recoveries of the samples at 50 mg/kg,500 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg were 86.0%-91.3%with relative standard deviations less than 4.8%(n=6).The results showed that the content of cyanide in almond samples ranged from 0 mg/kg to 2000 mg/kg,with an average content of 112 mg/kg.Conclusion This on-line distillation continuous flow injection analysis method is accurate and rugged for the determination of cyanide in apricot kernel.The cyanide contents in apricot kernel were acquired by the determination of 48 samples.Results stow that high cyanide content was observed in some of the apricot kernels,and the risk of poisoning caused by excessive ingestion-requires high vigilance.
