河南省2018年--2020年保健食品抽检结果分析

Detection results analysis of health food in Henan Province from 2018 to 2020

目的分析研究2018年一2020年河南省保健食品的质量情况及存在的问题。方法.根据国家食品安全监督抽检实施细则,在河南省不同区域采集具有代表性的保健食品共1911批次,对17个检验指标进行监测分析。结果2018年-2020年的1911批次样本,总合格率为98.6%,其中功能类和营养素补充剂的合格率分别为97.3%和99.6%,不同采样地点样本不合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.580,P<0.001)。不合格指标主要为番泻叶的非法添加。针对不同抽样年份、抽样地市、抽样区域、采样地点、检测指标、声称功能等方面,对不合格样本进行原因分析。结论河南省保健食品总体质量尚可,但仍存在不合格样品,建议生产企业从原辅料、生产工艺和质量控制方面,严格按照保健食品规范生产,消费者从正规货源的药店等购买保健食品,监管部门重点监管人口集中的城市,重点关注监测分析中的不合格指标,采取靶向抽检。

Objective To investigate the quality of health foods and the existing problems from 2018 to 2020 in Henan Province.Methods According to the requirements of food safety supervision inspection,1911 samples of health foods were collected in the different districts of Henan Province.Seventeen indexes were detected and analyzed.Results The total qualified rate of 1911 batches of health foods was 98.6%.The qualified rates of functional health foods and nutrient supplement were 97.3% and 99.6%,respectively.There was statistical significance on the difference in the unqualified rate of health food from different sampling sites(χ^(2)=23.580,F<0.001).The unqualified item was mainly illegal addition of senna leaf.Causes of unqualified samples were analyzed from different sampling years,sampling cities,sampling regions,sampling sites,test index and claimed functions.Conclusion The overall quality of health foods in Henan Province is acceptable,but unqualified samples are still detected.It is suggested that enterprises should standardize production from the raw materials,production process and quality control.The consumers should buy health food from regular drugstores.The official department should focus on the city with large population and the unqualified indexes,and take targeted sampling.
