摘要
目的了解开化县野生蛙类和蛇类曼氏裂头蚴感染情况和人群对曼氏裂头蚴病的认知水平。方法抽取选择杨林镇、苏庄镇、池淮镇等3个乡镇做为曼氏裂头蚴调查点,每个调查点捕获中间宿主40只~50只野生蛙类、2条~3条蛇(种类不限),采用压片法以及胃蛋白酶消化法检查蛙类肌肉及皮肤内曼氏裂头蚴。结果开化县蛙类曼氏裂头蚴感染率为24.79%(30/121),共检获裂头蚴91条,平均感染度为3.03条/只;青蛙曼氏裂头蚴感染率高于田鸡,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.819,P<0.05)。蛇类曼氏裂头蚴感染率为50.00%(5/10),共检获裂头蚴194条,平均每条阳性蛇寄生38.8条曼氏裂头蚴。居民曼氏裂头蚴病的知晓率为1.27%。结论开化县野生蛙类和蛇类曼氏裂头蚴感染率高,而人群对曼氏裂头蚴相关知识知晓情况较低,应加强健康教育宣传及重点人群筛查。
Objective To understand the infection of Spirometra mansoni parganumin in frogs and snakes in Kaihua County,as well the awareness rate to it in the residents.Methods Three towns,Yanglin,Suzhuang and Chihuai,were selected as the investigation sites.40-50 wild frogs and 2-3 snakes(unlimited species)were caught to examine Spirometra mansoni parganumin infection by dissection,compression slide and pepsin digestion method in muscle and skin of frogs.Results The infection rate of Spirometra mansoni parganum was 24.79%(30/121)in Kaihua County.91 cases of Spirometra mansoni parganumin were detected,with an average of 3.03 cases per frog.The infection rate of Spirometra mansoni parganum in frogs was higher than in rice frogs,with the differences statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.819,P<0.05).The infection rate of Spirometra mansoni parganum in snakes was 50.00%(5/10),with an average of 38.8 cases per frog.The awareness rate of echinococcosis was 1.27%.Conclusion The wild frogs and snakes were widely infected with Spirometra mansoni parganum in Kaihua County,but the residents'awareness rate on the knowledge of Spirometra mansoni parganum was not enough.It is necessary to carry out health education and screening on the risk population.
