儿童甲状腺癌病因学的研究进展

Research advances in etiology of pediatric thyroid cancer

甲状腺癌是未成年人最常见的内分泌肿瘤之一。儿童甲状腺癌的病理生理表现、临床特征及远期预后与成人均存在差异,提示儿童甲状腺癌的病因学与成人病因学之间存在差异。一般认为儿童甲状腺癌的发病因素主要包括环境因素、遗传因素及个人因素等。现就儿童甲状腺癌的发病因素进行综述,以期对儿童甲状腺癌的病因有更充分的认知,从而更好地针对儿童甲状腺癌发病特点,制定治疗策略。

Thyroid cancer is one of the most common pediatric endocrine tumors.Both pathophysiological and clinical features and prognosis of pediatric thyroid cancer are different from those of adults.Thus great differences exist in the etiologies of pediatric and adult thyroid cancers.According to current consensus,the pathogenesis of pediatric thyroid cancer includes environmental,genetic and personal factors.This review summarized the etiological factors of pediatric thyroid cancer.A better understanding of tumor pathogenesis may tailor treatment strategies to its unique characteristics.
