摘要
儿童急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)发病率逐年提高,其病因与发病过程与成人有较大区别,所以治疗策略应当区别于成人,然而目前尚未形成统一的儿童AP治疗规范。本文就近年来儿童AP的治疗进展进行分析和探讨,以期为临床实践提供一定指导。
The incidence of acute pancreatitis(AP)in children is increasing yearly.However,its etiology,pathogenesis and therapy are quite different from those of adults.However,there is no unified therapeutic standard for AP in children.Here the latest advances of AP in children were summarized for providing guidance for clinical practices.
