自拟方平喘颗粒治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(寒性哮喘)的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of self-made Pingchuan Granule in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children

目的观察自拟方平喘颗粒治疗小儿咳嗷变异性哮喘(寒性哮喘)的临床疗效。方法以驻马店市中医院2019年3月-2021年5月儿科门诊收治的75例小儿咳嗷变异性哮喘(寒性哮喘)病例为研究对象。随机分成治疗组42例,对照组33例,治疗组42例给予自拟方平喘颗粒(蜜麻黄、射干、桂枝、甘草、细辛、生姜、蜜紫菀,蜜款冬花、法半夏、五味子、地龙、蝉蜕)治疗,对照组33例给予西药(吸入性布地奈德混悬液联合特布他林雾化液雾化吸入)治疗,两组均治疗7天后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.2%,对照组为87.9%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论自拟方平喘颗粒治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(寒性哮喘)有显著疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made Pinchuan granule on children cough variant asthma(cold asthma).Methods A total of 75 pediatric diarrhea cases in zhumadian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to May 2021 were selected as subjects.Randomly divided into treatment group 42 cases,control group 33 cases.Treatment group was given self-made Pingchuan granule(honey ephedra,rhizoma belamcandae,cassia twig,liquorice,asarum phlegm,ginger,honey,honey coltsfoot flower,pinellia,fructus schisandrae,earthworm,cicada),33 cases were given western medicine(inhaled budesonide suspension liquid joint terbutaline spray liquid atomization inhalation).Both groups were treated for 7 days to observe the efficacy.Results The total effective rate was 95.2% in the treatment group and 87.9% in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Pingchuan granule has significant effect on children cough variant asthma(cold asthma).
