逍遥散联合桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗217例乳腺增生患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the effect of Xiaoyao San combined with Guizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of 217 cases of breast hyperplasia

目的探讨逍遥散联合桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗乳腺增生患者的临床疗效。方法本文选择青海省中医院2019年10月-2020年10月收治的217例患者随机分为观察组(n=109)和对照组(n=108)。对照组采用桂枝茯苓丸治疗,观察组在此基础上联合逍遥散治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效,乳房硬度评分及VAS评分,P,E2血清性激素水平变化。结果观察组痊愈23例(21.10%)、显效48例(44.04%),有效31例(28.44%)、无效7例(6.42%),整体临床疗效优于对照组(Z=-3.254,P=0.001);临床总有效率为93.58%,明显高于对照组的83.33%(χ^(2)=5.586,P=0.018)。治疗后,两组乳房硬度评分及VAS评分下降(P〈0.05);且观察组乳房硬度评分及VAS评分均显著低于对照组(t=-26.212,P=0.000;t=16.531,P=0.000),两组P水平升高,E_(2)水平下降(P<0.05);且观察组P,E_(2)水平变化均显著优于对照组(t=15.336,p=0.000;t=15.133,P=0.000)。结论逍遥散联合桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗乳腺增生临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状体征,减轻乳房疼痛状态,平衡机体雌激素水平,值得推广应用。

Objective This study aims to investigate the clinical effirary Xiaoyao Powder Combined wilh(iuizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods 217 patients in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(n=109)and rontrol group(n=108).The control group was Ireated wilh Guizhi Fuling pill,and the ohservalion group was treated wilh Xiaoyao Powder on this basis.The rliniral effirary,hreasl hanlness score,VAS score,semm sex homione level of P and E2 were ol)served and compared between the Iwo groups.Results 23 cases were cured(21.10%),48 rases were markedly efferlive(44.04%),31 cases were effective(28.44%),and 7 cases were ineffertive in the ohservalion group,and the overall clinical effect was belter than that of ihe control group(Z=-3.254,P=0.001).The total effective rate was 93.58%.which was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=5.586,P=0.018).After treatment,the hardness score and VAS score of the two groups decreased(P<0.05).The hardness score and VAS.score of the ohsenation group were significanlly lower than that of ihe rontrol group(t=-26.212,P=0.000;t=-16.531,P=0.000).The Plevel of the two groups increased and E:level derreased(P<0.05).In addition,ihe level of P and E_(2) in the observation group were signinraiillv better than those in the control group(t=15.336,P=0.000;t=-15.133,P=0.000).Conclusion Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Guizhi Fuling pill has a signifirant clinical effect in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammaiy glanrls.It effectively improves the rliniral symploms and signs of patients,relieves hreasl pain,balances the body eslrogen level,which is worthy of popularization and application.
