国家治理现代化视域下网络舆论生态治理问题探讨

网络舆论伴随着新媒体的快速发展而呈现出爆炸式的发展态势,加强网络舆论生态治理势在必行。当前网络舆论生态治理面临着网络意识形态斗争形势严峻、部分网民媒介素养有待提高、网络法律法规体系亟待健全、网络信息技术空间仍存漏洞等方面的问题,应予以审慎应对。在国家治理现代化背景下,加强网络舆论生态治理,需要从价值引领、德法共治、技术治网和综合治理等方面来构筑治理合力,最终提升国家治理能力,打造亿万民众和谐共享的精神家园。

With the rapid development of new media,network public opinion presents an explosive development trend.It is imperative to strengthen the ecological governance of network public opinion.At present,the ecological governance of network public opinion is faced with the situation of a severe network ideological struggle,the media literacy of some Internet users to be improved,the network law and regulation system to be improved,and there are still loopholes in the network information technology space,which should be dealt with carefully.In the context of national governance modernization,to strengthen the ecological governance of network public opinion,it is necessary to build a governance joint force in the aspects of value guidance,co-governance of morality and law,technology governance of network and comprehensive governance,so as to finally improve the national governance capacity and build a harmonious and shared spiritual home for hundreds of millions of people.
