加快建立“职教高考”制度

Speeding up the Establishment of “Vocational College Entrance Examination” System

中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于推动现代职业教育高质量发展的意见》提出,加快建立"职教高考"制度,完善"文化素质+职业技能"考试招生办法。建立"职教高考"制度,关键在于提高"职教高考"的吸引力,促进把职业教育办成与普通教育平等的类型教育。应扩大"职教高考"的适应范围,并防止职业院校围绕"职教高考"办学,出现以升学为导向、偏离职业教育定位的办学倾向。

The Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Modern Vocational Education issued by General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and the State Council proposes to speed up the establishment of"vocational college entrance examination"system and improve the application of"educational knowledge + professional skills"enrollment method. The key to building the system is to make the"vocational college entrance examination"more appealing and to promote the establishment of vocational education as a type of education that is equal to general education. This article proposes that the scope of application of the"vocational college entrance examination"should be expanded, and vocational high schools should be prevented from running schools for the entrance exam, emphasizing on high admission rates, and deviating from the school positioning of vocational education.
