益肾坚骨汤治疗经皮椎体后凸成形术后残余腰背痛的疗效观察

目的探讨益肾坚骨汤治疗经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)术后残余腰背痛的临床疗效。方法60例行PKP治疗术后残余腰背痛的骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊消炎镇痛治疗,观察组予以口服益肾坚骨汤治疗,其余治疗相同。比较治疗前及治疗后1周、1个月、3个月两组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)和脊柱功能障碍指数(ODI),并于治疗后3个月复查骨密度,进行统计学分析。结果治疗3个月后,两组的VAS评分及ODI评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),观察组的骨密度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者行PKP术后予以益肾坚骨汤治疗,可以有效改善术后疼痛症状及腰椎功能,改善骨密度的远期效果较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yishen Jiangu Decoction on lumbar and back pain after percutanouskyphoplasty(PKP).Methods Sixty patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture who underwent PKP treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given celecoxib capsule for anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment,and the observation group was given Yishen Jiangu Decoction for oral treatment,the other treatments were the same.Visual analog scale(VAS)and oswestry disability index(ODI)were compared between the two groups before treatment and at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after treatment,bone mineral density was reviewed 3 months after treatment for statistical analysis.Results After 3 months of treatment,VAS scores and ODI scores in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and bone mineral density in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture treated with Yishen Jiangu Decoction after PKP can effectively improve postoperative pain symptoms and lumbar function,and the long-term effect of improving bone mineral density is good.
