摘要
利用Python网络爬虫获取了前程无忧网站地理信息科学(GIS)专业相关的5 484条有效招聘岗位数据,借助词频云图等,对用人单位和求职者所关注的知识与技能储备、岗位数量与区域分布等进行了定性与定量分析。结果表明人才需求单位大多数分布在我国经济发达地区,且与研究区内地理信息产业总体发展水平与高校数量密切关联。
In this paper, we used Python web crawler to obtain the data of 5 484 effective recruitment information related to geographical information science(GIS) major of 51 job.com, and analyzed the knowledge and skill reserve, the number of posts and regional distribution concerned by employers and job seekers qualitatively and quantitatively by word frequency cloud map. The results show that most of the talent demand enterprises are located in the economically developed areas of China, which is closely related to the overall development level of geographical information industry and the number of universities in the research area.
