摘要 随着人们生态环保意识日渐提高和人造板产品环保标准逐年提升,甲醛系人造板产品比例将逐渐下降,非甲醛系胶黏剂在人造板行业中生产应用持续扩大。地质聚合物是一种节能减排、储量丰富的无机胶凝材料,近年来在环保木质复合材料中的研究不断深入和拓展,并已取得一定研究成效,表明了地质聚合物作为无醛木材胶黏剂巨大的应用潜能。笔者综述了地质聚合物基胶黏剂的性能、与木质材料复合类型、在木质复合材料中应用的研究现状,展望了地质聚合物作为木材胶黏剂的研究发展方向。 With the continuous improvement of people's awareness of ecological protection and the environmental protection standards for wood-based panel products,the proportion of formaldehyde-based panel products will gradually decrease,and the production and application of non-formaldehyde-based adhesives in the wood-based panel industry will continue to expand.Geopolymer is a kind of inorganic cementitious material with huge reserves of energy saving and emission reduction.In recent years,the research of geopolymers in environmentally friendly wood composites has been deepened and expanded,and certain research results have been achieved,indicating that geopolymers have great application potential as formaldehyde-free wood adhesives.In this paper,the characteristics of geopolymer based adhesives,the types of geopolymer based wood composites and the research status of application in wood composites were reviewed,and the development direction of geopolymer as wood adhesives was prospected.
