摘要
通过温室水培试验,研究了不同浓度C_(16)H_(17)KN_(2)O_(4)S(0、40、80、120 mg/L)对烤烟苗期生长的影响,结果表明:随着水溶液中C_(16)H_(17)KN_(2)O_(4)S浓度从0上升到80 mg/L,烟草幼苗根长、茎高、最大叶面积、根系活力及叶绿素含量均表现为升高的趋势,C_(16)H_(17)KN_(2)O_(4)S浓度在80 mg/L时上升为最大值;而后在80~120 mg/L,烟草幼苗根长、茎高、最大叶面积、根系活力及叶绿素含量均表现为降低的趋势,但仍明显高于未加C_(16)H_(17)KN_(2)O_(4)S的处理。说明适宜浓度的C_(16)H_(17)KN_(2)O_(4)S溶液可以促进烟草育苗生长。
Through hydroponic greenhouse experiment,the influence of different concentration of penicillin(0、40、80、120 mg/L)on flue-cured tobacco seedling growth is studied.The results show that,as the concentration of penicillin in aqueous solution increased from 0 to 80 mg/L,tobacco seedling root length,stem height,maximum leaf area,root activity and chlorophyll content are characterized by rising trend,the concentration of penicillin increased to a maximum in 80 mg/L.And then,in 80 to 120 mg/L,tobacco seedling root length,stem height,maximum leaf area,root activity and chlorophyll content will reduce the trend,but still significantly higher than that of without penicillin treatment.Indicated that the concentration of the penicillin solution can accelerate the growth of tobacco seedling.
