摘要 针对颗粒增强铝基复合材料结构开展疲劳试验技术研究,提出了一种高阶振型的振动疲劳试验方法。试验结果表明,该结构的理论、实测振动特性一致,第3阶振型下,试验件振动应力与振幅之间仍服从线性变化规律,理论和实际破坏部位相同,表明本研究提出的试验方法有效。该方法在保证试验准确性的基础上将试验周期缩短了2/3,对开展颗粒增强铝基复材结构疲劳性能评价,推动新材料、新结构的工程化应用具有重要意义。 The fatigue test technology of structure of particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite was studied.A vibration fatigue test method for high order mode is presented.The results show that the theoretical and measured vibration characteristics of the structures are consistent.Under the third mode,the vibration stress and amplitude of the test piece still obey the linear change rule.The theoretical and practical damage sites are the same,it shows that the proposed method is effective.The method shortens the period by two thirds on the basis of ensuring the accuracy of the test.It is of significance to evaluate the fatigue performance of particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite structures and promote the engineering application of new materials and new structures.
