光动力疗法联合手术治疗皮肤基底细胞癌的临床疗效 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究分析手术切除联合光动力疗法(PDT)治疗基底细胞癌(BCC,Basal cell carci-noma)的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治的BCC患者共62例、治疗医师根据数字表法将62例患者平分为两组,其中观察组31例,行PDT、手术切除联合治疗,对照组31例行单纯手术切除治疗。结果观察组的治疗有效率(93.55%)明显高于对照组的治疗有效率(80.65%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.6638,P<0.05);观察组治疗后的美观度(90.32%)高于对照组治疗后美观度(77.42%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.0412,P<0.05);治疗后1个月,观察组的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均明显高于对照组,而CD8^(+)水平则低于对照组(P<0.05);术后半年观察组复发患者1例(3.23%),对照组复发患者7例(22.58%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.2309,P<0.05)。结论用手术切除联合PDT治疗BCC,可使患者获得更好的治疗效果及美观度,还可促进细胞免疫功能恢复,降低BCC复发,适合临床选择应用。
