电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定酒曲中17种矿物元素

摘要 对辽宁鞍山腾鳌老窖酒厂酒曲中17种矿物元素进行分析测定.采用微波法消解样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对酒曲样品中17种矿物元素进行测定.17种矿物元素校准曲线的相关系数大于0.9993,相对标准偏差为0.68%~4.96%,回收率为90.4%~105.0%.实验结果表明,酒曲中K、Mg、Ca、Na、Fe、Zn、Mn、Al的含量较高,分别为:K 4566.207 mg/L、Mg 1486.426 mg/L、Ca 645.334 mg/L、Na 106.192 mg/L、Fe 80.130 mg/L、Zn 41.634 mg/L、Mn 39.485 mg/L、Al 38.081 mg/L,其他9种矿物元素的含量均低于3.0 mg/L. 17 kinds of mineral elements in jiuqu from Tengaolaojiao brewery in Anshan Liaoning were analyzed and determined.Samples were digested by microwave and 17 mineral elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The correlation coefficients of calibration curves for 17 mineral elements were greater than 0.9993,the relative standard deviations were 0.68%~4.96%,and the recoveries were 90.4%~105.0%.The results showed that the contents of K,Mg,Ca,Na,Fe,Zn,Mn and Al in jiuqu were high.K is 4566.207 mg/L,Mg is 1486.426 mg/L,Ca is 645.334 mg/L,Na is 106.192 mg/L,Fe is 80.130 mg/L,Zn is 41.634 mg/L,Mn is 39.485 mg/L and Al is 38.081 mg/L,the contents of other 9 mineral elements were all lower than 3.0 mg/L.
