我国农村生活污水治理存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment in China

为了提高农村生活污水治理效果,分析了农村生活污水特点和治理原则,指出了农村生活污水治理中存在的问题:污水排放管网存在缺陷、化粪池构造不合理、财政资金投入不足、环保意识有待提升等。提出了农村生活污水的治理策略:提高农村生活污水管网建设水平,提升农村生活污水治理的资金投入,提高农民的环保意识,确保污水处理工作顺利开展,构建全民共同治理新局面,为建设宜居家园贡献力量。

In order to improve the treatment effect of rural domestic sewage,this paper analyzes the characteristics and treatment principles of rural domestic sewage,and points out the problems existing in rural domestic sewage treatment,i.e.defects in sewage discharge pipe network,unreasonable septic tank structure,insufficient financial investment,environmental protection awareness to be improved,etc.This paper puts forward the treatment strategies of rural domestic sewage,i.e.to improve the construction level of rural domestic sewage pipe network,improve the capital investment of rural domestic sewage treatment,improve farmers’awareness of environmental protection,ensure the smooth development of sewage treatment,build a new situation of common treatment by the whole people,and contribute to the construction of livable homes.
