摘要
养殖早期B超鉴别性别发现传统经验和方法养殖的西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baerii)腹腔内脂肪过量积累,不仅对其健康构成不利影响,而且还影响B超影像早期鉴别性别的准确性。项目组于2014年在鱼种培育、成鱼养殖、后备亲鱼培育过程中使用智利产高能量饲料进行了不同投饵率试验,鱼种培育、成鱼养殖一批次投喂500d,性别鉴定后后备亲鱼一批次投喂1000d。发现西伯利亚鲟鱼种培育、成鱼养殖日投饵率控制在1%,后备亲鱼养殖日投饵率控制在0.1%~0.3%,可避免腹腔内脂肪过量积累。
It was found that the excessive accumulation of abdominal fat in Acipenser baerii cultured with traditional experience and methods not only adversely affected its health,but also affected the accuracy of early sex identification of Acipenser baerii.In 2014,the project team used high-energy feed from Chile to conduct experiments on different bait feeding rates in the process of fish breeding,adult fish breeding and backup parent breeding.A batch of fish breeding and adult fish breeding was fed 500d at a time,and a batch of backup parent fish was fed 1000d at a time after sex identification.It was found that the daily bait feeding rate of Siberian sturgeon in breeding and adult culture was controlled at 1%,and the daily bait feeding rate of back-up parent culture was controlled at 0.1-0.3%,which could avoid the accumulation of fat in abdominal cavity.
