摘要
为分析青蒿应用于新型冠状病毒感染肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)的可行性,采用TCMSP,Pubchem数据库获取青蒿化学成分,并筛选出活性成分及作用靶点;通过GeneCards数据库筛选新冠肺炎相关的靶点;利用Cytoscape 3.6.1软件、STRING 11.0数据库分析青蒿的关键靶点、GO富集、KEGG富集.结果表明:青蒿活性成分为19个,青蒿与新冠肺炎交集的靶点共13个,筛选出的核心靶点7个(IL6,TNF,CCL2,IL1B,NOS2,TP53,CASP3),其中12个活性成分均可作用于NOS2,认为NOS2为主要关注靶点,作用于NOS2的活性成分为主要关注成分.GO和KEGG富集分析显示:青蒿可作用于TNF/NOS2信号通路的多个靶点而减轻新冠肺炎的肺部炎性损伤,认为青蒿应用于新冠肺炎具有可行性.
In order to analyze the feasibility of applying Artemisia annua L.to COVID-19,TCMSP and Pubchem databases were used to obtain the chemical constituents of Artemisia annua L.,and the active components and targets were screened.The COVID-19-related targets were screened with GeneCards database.The key targets,GO enrichment and KEGG enrichment of Artemisia annua L.were analyzed by using the software of Cytoscape 3.6.1 and STRING 11.0.The results showed that there were 19 active components in Artemisia annua L.,13 targets intersected with COVID-19,and 7 core targets(IL6,TNF,CCL2,IL1B,NOS2,TP53,CASP3)were identified.Among them,12 active components could act on NOS2,indicating that NOS2 should be considered as the main target.Go and KEGG enrichment analysis showed that Artemisia annua L.could act on multiple targets of TNF/NOS2 signaling pathway to reduce the lung inflammatory injury of COVID-19,which suggested that Artemisia annua L.could be used in treatment of COVID-19.
