优质护理干预对骨折患者骨折愈合的影响分析

Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention on Fracture Healing of Fracture Patients

目的:探讨优质护理干预对骨折患者骨折愈合的影响.方法:将我院2019年1月-2019年11月的86例骨折患者,根据护理方法差异分组,对照组实施了常规护理干预,观察组实施优质护理.比较2组护理前后视觉模拟疼痛程度、焦虑水平、睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评分、满意度、治疗配合度、骨折愈合时间、骨折不愈合发生率.结果:护理后观察组视觉模拟疼痛程度、焦虑水平、睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评分优于对照组,P<0.05.观察组的满意度是100%(43/43),对照组则是72.09%(31/43),P=0.005<0.05.观察组治疗配合度、骨折愈合时间为(93.11±1.67)分、(78.01±2.11)天,优于对照组为(85.21±2.21)分、(91.21±3.21)天,P<0.05.观察组骨折不愈合发生率低于对照组,P=0.003<0.05.观察组骨折不愈合发生1例,发生率是2.33%,对照组骨折不愈合发生10例,发生率是23.26%.结论:骨折患者实施优质护理,相对于常规干预效果更好,可加速患者骨折的愈合,减少不愈合情况发生,减轻焦虑和疼痛,改善患者睡眠质量.

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on fracture healing in patients with fracture.Methods:86 fracture patients in our hospital from January 2019 to November 2019 were divided into groups according to the difference of nursing methods.The general nursing group implemented routine intervention and the high-quality nursing group implemented high-quality nursing.The degree of visual simulated pain,anxiety level,self rating scale for sleep status(SRSS),satisfaction,degree of treatment cooperation,time of fracture healing and incidence of fracture nonunion were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the scores of visual analog pain,anxiety level and sleep status self rating scale(SRSS)in the high-quality nursing group were better than those in the general nursing group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of high-quality nursing group was 100%(43/43),while that of general nursing group was 72.09%(31/43),P=0.005<0.05.The treatment coordination degree and fracture healing time of high-quality nursing group were 93.11±1.67 points and 78.01±2.11 days,which were better than those of ordinary nursing group(85.21±2.21 points and 91.21±3.21 days,P<0.05).The incidence of fracture nonunion in high-quality nursing group was lower than that in general nursing group(P=0.003<0.05).There was 1 case of fracture nonunion in the high-quality nursing group,the incidence rate was 2.33%,and 10 cases of fracture nonunion in the general nursing group,the incidence rate was 23.26%.Conclusion:Compared with routine intervention,high-quality nursing for fracture patients has better effect,which can accelerate fracture healing,reduce nonunion,reduce anxiety and pain,and improve sleep quality.
