人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Humanized Nursing in the Operating Room of Elderly Patients with Lower Limb Fracture

目的:分析老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中应用人性化护理的效果.方法:于2018年1月-2019年6月收治的老年下肢骨折手术患者中选取30例,分为2组,为对照组和观察组,分别给予常规护理与人性化护理,对比其护理效果.结果:2组护理后的SAS、SDS评分比较差异明显(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率为6.7%,显著低于对照组的40.0%(P<0.05).结论:人性化护理能够有效改善老年下肢骨折患者的心理状况,减少患者并发症发生,提高其生活质量.

Objective:To analyze the effect of humanized nursing in operating room nursing of elderly patients with lower limb frac ture.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,30 elderly patients with lower limb fracture were selected and divided into two groups.Routine nursing and humanized nursing were given respectively,and their nursing effects were compared.Results:There was significant difference in SAS,SDS score between the two groups after nursing(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.1%y which was significantly lower than that in the control group was 40.0%.Conclusion:Humanistic nursing can effectively improve the psychological status of elderly patients with lower limb fracture,reduce complications and improve their quality of life.
