分析脑卒中偏瘫患者本体感觉训练对视觉代偿依赖的影响

The Effect of Proprioceptive Training on Visual Compensation Dependence in Stroke Hemiplegic Patients was Analyzed

目的:分析脑卒中偏瘫患者本体感觉训练对视觉代偿依赖的影响.方法:收治2019年5月-2020年5月脑卒中偏瘫患者116例,应用数字随机分配方式,将116例患者分为2个小组.对照组58例开展常规训练,观察组58例开展本体感觉训练;观察分析不同训练方案后患者的闭眼、睁眼情况,训练满意率,FMA评分,日常生活质量评分.结果:观察组患者在闭眼、睁眼状态下的左右偏移与前后偏移情况均低于对照组,观察组躯干控制评分高于对照组,互比,有差异(P<0.05).观察组训练满意率96.55%,高于对照组77.59%,互比,有差异性(P<0.05).在比较FMA评分中,干预后,与对照组比较,观察组数据评分结果更高,评分结果有差异(P<0.05).在比较患者日常生活质量评分中,干预后,比较对照组,观察组数据评分结果更高,评分结果有差异(P<0.05).结论:视觉代偿对脑卒中偏瘫患者的重心摆动浮动、平衡能力无较大影响,仅可影响其左右偏移与立位平衡,而实施本体感觉训练可改善患者机体平衡,调节立体平衡对视觉代偿的依赖;同时,本体感觉训练的开展还有助于患者肢体功能改善,日常生活质量提升,提高训练满意度.

Objective:To analyze the effect of proprioceptive training on visual compensation dependence in stroke hemiplegia.Methods:116 patients with 2019-5-2020-5 stroke hemiplegia were randomly assigned to divide 116 patients into 2 groups.Routine group(58 cases):routine training;exploration group(58 cases):proprioception training;observe and analyze patients'eye closure and eye opening,training satisfaction rate,FMA score,and daily quality of life score after different training programs.Results:The left and right and front and rear shifts were lower than the conventional group,and the trunk control score was higher than the conventional group,(P<0.05).The training satisfaction rate was 96.55%higher than 77.59%,comparable and different,(P<0.05).In the comparative FMA scores,after the intervention,the exploratory group data score results were higher compared to the conventional groups(P<0.05).In comparing patients'daily quality of life scores,after the intervention,the data score result was higher compared to the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Visual compensation has no great impact on the center of gravity swing and balance ability of stroke hemiplegia patients,which can only affect its left and right offset and standing balance.However,proprioceptive training can improve patient body balance,adjust the dependence of stereoscopic balance on visual compensation;At the same time,proprioceptive training can also help patients to improve limb function,improve daily quality of life and training satisfaction.
