相控阵雷达中重型组合吊具

Medium and heavy combined spreader for phased array radar

针对目前相控阵雷达存在天线阵面质量大、外形尺寸长、重心偏移等问题,文中设计了一种重型组合吊具。从吊装方案的选择、辅具的选择、吊具的设计计算等方面对其吊具进行设计,同时进行有限元仿真分析,确定该吊具的可靠性和稳定性。该吊具设计具有结构紧凑、起重量大、便于使用和运输等优点,对类似结构形式的重件吊具设计有一定参考价值。

Considering some problems existing in phased array radars at present,such as large antenna array quality,long size,center of gravity shift and so on,a heavy combined spreader is proposed in this paper.In order to determine the reliability and stability of the spreader,the spreader design and finite element simulation analysis are carried out from the aspects of hoisting plan,selection of auxiliary tools,design and calculation of spreaders,etc.The spreader has the advantages of compact structure,large lifting capacity,convenient use and transportation,etc.,and can be used as a reference for design of heavy parts spreaders with similar structures.
