摘要
调研青岛市企业从业人员职业素养、技能提升现状和问题,分析研究提升企业职工技能的方法,提出加大职业技能人才培养的建议。
This paper investigated the status and problems of professional literacy and skill improvement of enterprise employees in Qingdao,analyzed and studied the methods to improve the skills of enterprise employees,and put forward suggestions to strengthen the training of professional skills talents.
