本文阐述并分析了国际邮轮乘务管理专业学生提升跨文化交际能力的必要性,利用对邮轮从业人员及游客的访谈调研,探究高职院校国际邮轮乘务管理专业提升跨文化交际能力的途径,为国际邮轮乘务管理专业以及其他涉外专业学生跨文化交际能力培养提供参考。

This paper expounds and analyzes the necessity of improving the intercultural communication ability of international cruise crew management major students,and explores the ways of improving intercultural communication ability of international cruise crew management major in higher vocational colleges by means of interviews with cruise employees and tourists,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of intercultural communication ability of international cruise crew management major and other foreign-related majors.
