一校多区:高校多校区的建设对“师生关系”的消解与重构

摘要 高等教育所承担的人才培养、教育教学、科学研究、社会服务等重要职能是我国经济、政治、文化、教育等全面发展的关键内核与灵魂命脉。随着我国高等教育发展进入普及化阶段,高校大学生规模化扩招、市场需求对高素质人才结构的调整等,造成我国高等教育承载与实施主体的高校出现“一校多区”的建设现状。碍于高校“一校多区”的师生生活时空区隔,导致高校师生沟通交流的时间短机会少、师生互动的能动性降低、师生关系的异质性结构弱化等现实困境。为保障高等教育质量,结论建议加强多主体协调联动、合理高效开发土地资源,提供师生日常交流活动室,实施大学生活动竞赛教师指导制,融合学科专业的学院式、生活服务的书院式校园管理模式等多样化举措增加师生互动、沟通交流的机会,重构大学师生关系。 The important functions of personnel training, education and teaching, scientific research, and social services undertaken by higher education are the key cores and soul lifeline for the overall development of economy, politics, culture and education for the nation. As the development of higher education in our country enters the stage of popularization, the large-scale expansion of college students and the adjustment of the structure of high-quality talents by market demand have caused the construction status of "one university with multiple campuses" that carry and implement the main body of higher education in my country. The short time for communication between teachers and students in colleges and universities, the reduced initiative of teacher-student interaction, and the weakening of the heterogeneous structure of the teacher-student relationship are real dilemmas. In order to ensure the quality of higher education, it is necessary to strengthen the coordination and linkage of multiple entities, develop land resources rationally and efficiently, provide teachers and students daily exchange activity room, implement diversified measures such as the teacher guidance system for college student activity competitions, increase opportunities for teacher-student interaction, and restructure university teachers and students relationship.
