《早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)国际分类(第3版)》保留了既往对于分区、分期和病变范围描述的定义,但也有很多更新之处。主要的更新点包括:(1)增加后极部Ⅱ区的定义;(2)引入新的概念"切迹(notch)";(3)对5期亚型进行了定义;(4)指出视网膜血管从正常到附加病变是一个连续的变化。将"急进型后部型ROP"修改为"急进型ROP",并强调了"ROP消退"和"再激活"等概念,并对ROP的长期结局进行了描述。

"The international classification of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP)(The 3rd edition)",retains current definitions such as zone,stage,and circumferential extent of disease,however,there are also many updates.Major updates include:(1)increase of the definition of posterior poleⅡ;(2)introduction of a new concept"notch";(3)definition of stage 5's subcategorization;(4)recognition that a continuous spectrum of vascular abnormality exists from normal to plus disease.Updates also include the definition of"aggressive ROP"to replace"aggressive-posterior ROP".ROP regression and reactivation are described in detail,with additional description of long-term sequelae.
