地下室倒T形混凝土底板后浇带止水施工技术 被引量:5

摘要 为了提升地下室底板的抗渗漏能力,解决传统后浇带止水施工技术效果不佳的问题,提出地下室倒T形混凝土底板后浇带止水施工技术。首先构建倒T形混凝土底板有限元模型,在该模型下从后浇带间隔、接缝形式等方面设置后浇带结构;然后选择水泥、骨料、减水剂、膨胀剂等混凝土底板后浇带止水施工材料,执行垫层、附加防水保护层、铺设止水带等止水施工步骤;最后通过控制后浇带止水施工质量,实现对地下室倒T形混凝土底板后浇带的止水施工。结果表明:应用设计的施工技术使地下室底板的渗水情况得到缓解,且降低了底板混凝土中的含水率。 In order to improve the anti leakage ability of basement floor and solve the problem of poor effect of traditional post cast strip water stop construction technology,the post cast strip water stop construction technology of basement inverted T-shaped concrete floor is proposed.Firstly,the finite element model of inverted T-shaped concrete floor is constructed,and the post cast strip structure is set from the aspects of post cast strip spacing and joint form;Then select cement,aggregate,water reducing agent,expansion agent and other water stop construction materials for post cast strip of concrete base plate,and carry out water stop construction steps such as cushion,additional waterproof protective layer and laying water stop strip;Finally,by controlling the water stop construction quality of the post cast strip,the water stop construction of the post cast strip of the inverted T-shaped concrete bottom plate of the basement is realized.It is concluded that the application of the designed construction technology can alleviate the water seepage of the basement floor and reduce the moisture content in the floor concrete.
