摘要
以洛溪大桥拓宽工程为依托,研究组合梁斜拉桥施工过程中钢混叠合界面剪力钉的受力情况和受力变化规律。采用Midas Civil和ABAQUS有限元软件,建立全桥空间梁杆模型和组合梁局部精细化模型,分析了施工中剪力钉的受剪情况。结果表明:沿纵桥向剪力钉剪力大小随与湿接缝的距离增大而减小;沿横桥向剪力钉剪力大小分布不均匀,腹板及加劲肋附近剪力钉剪力较大。施工过程中剪力钉最大剪力远小于容许值,组合梁结构是安全的。
Based on the widening project of Luoxi Bridge,this paper studies the stress situation and stress variation law of steel-concrete composite interface shear studs in the construction process of composite girder cable-stayed bridge.Using Midas Civil and ABAQUS finite element software,the spatial beam bar model of the whole bridge and the local refined model of composite beam are established,and the shear behavior of shear studs in construction is analyzed.The results show that:along the longitudinal bridge,the shear force of shear studs decreases with the increase of the distance from the wet joint;along the transverse bridge,the shear force of shear studs is unevenly distributed,and the shear force of shear studs near the web and stiffener is larger.In the construction process,the maximum shear force of shear studs is far less than the allowable value,so the composite beam structure is safe.
