8″单元制动缸缸体拉伸成形工艺研究

Research on Drawing Forming Process for 8″Unit Brake Cylinder Body

8″单元制动缸缸体的带法兰的直壁圆筒拉伸件,是铁路货车制动的关键零部件。通过对单元制动缸缸体拉伸成形的工艺分析和相关计算,利用JSTAMP分析软件对拉伸次数进行合理分配,进行了拉伸模设计,制定出一套确实可行的拉伸成形工艺,并通过试验验证了其可行性,成功实现了8″单元制动缸缸体拉伸成形。

The 8" unit brake cylinder body which is a straight-wall cylindrical deep-drawnpart with flange is a key part of railway wagon. This study designs the drawing die of 8" unitbrake cylinder body and works out a set of drawing forming process based on the process analysisand related calculations of the drawing forming of the unit brake cylinder body and the drawingnumber distribution using JSTAMP software, and verifies its feasibility through experiments, andsuccessfully implements the drawing forming of 8" unit brake cylinder body.
