硬料孔加工以钻代铣工艺技术研究

摘要 钣金模模板和脱板类的工件材料一般均为Cr12MoV,这种材料在热处理后硬度一般能达到55~62HRC,切削性能极差,一般采用圆鼻刀以0.02~0.06mm的下切步距(A_(p))逐层铣削加工孔特征,但为了提高其加工效率,尝试通过测试合理的加工参数运用外冷钻钻孔的方式代替,取得了不错的加工效果^([1])。以螺丝底孔为例,对"以钻代铣"新工艺进行详细论述,通过理论分析与现场实际测试相结合,全面分析了“以钻代铣”新工艺刀具的选择、参数的设定以及取得的实际效果^([2])。 Generally, Cr12 MoV is the material of sheet metal die template and stripper. After heat treatment, the hardness of this material can reach 55~62 HRC, and the cutting performance is very poor. Generally, the round nose cutter is used to mill the hole features layer by layer with the down cutting step of 0.02~0.06 mm. However, in order to improve the processing efficiency,we try to test the reasonable processing paramaters and use external cold drilling instead of drilling, which has achieved good processing results. Taking the screw bottom hole as a example,this paper discussed in detail the new technology of replacing milling with drilling. Through the combination of theoretical analysis and field test, the tool selection, parameter setting and actual effect of the new technology are comprehensively analyzed.
