随着汽车模具市场竞争日趋激烈,控制模具制造成本成为提升企业竞争力的有效途径。一方面模具制造过程中存在加工工艺、机床协调、过程控制的不足,另一方面随着模具订单量原材料费用的增加,给模具制造成本控制增加难度。以汽车模具制造成本为研究对象,结合当前汽车模具制造过程中的成本现状,统计数据对模具制造成本进行分析,找到成本控制方面的不足,并结合实际经营提出了相应的优化对策,希望能够对汽车模具的制造成本管控体系提供借鉴和参考。

With the increasingly fierce competition in the automobile die market,the control of die manufacturing cost has become an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.On the one hand,there are insufficient processing technology,machine tool coordination and process control in the process of die manufacturing.On the other hand,with the increase of die orders and raw material costs,it is more difficult to control the cost of die manufacturing.Based on auto die manufacturing costs as the research object,combined with the current status of the cost in the process of automobile die manufacturing,statistical data analysis of the die manufacturing costs,find the lack of cost control,and connecting with the actual operation and put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures,hoping to provide reference for automobile die manufacturing cost control system and the reference.
