摘要
通过仿真分析我国电气化铁路接触网常用腕臂装置的性能,表明整体腕臂装置在最大应力和安全冗余方面具有优势。结合特殊环境下接触网整体腕臂装置应用情况,为进一步减少特殊环境下接触网施工与维修工作量,降低工作强度,通过力学性能仿真分析、试验和试用,提出优化结构的整体焊接式腕臂装置方案,对在特殊环境下的应用具有较好的现实意义和推广价值。
The performance of OCS(overhead contact system)cantilever of electrified railway in China is analyzed by simulation in this paper.The simulation results show that the integral cantilevers have advantages in maximum stress and safety redundancy.In order to reduce the construction and maintenance workload of OCS in high altitude environment and reduce the work intensity,a integrated welding cantilever with optimized structure is proposed in this paper.Through the mechanical properties simulation analysis,test analysis and field trial verification,it is proved that it has the value of popularization and application in the special environment of high altitude.
