摘要 数据中心绿色发展的关键在于能耗优化,传统数据中心空调能耗占总能耗的38%,是数据中心节能增效的重点环节。近年来,随着5G通信技术的发展,各关键元器件热流密度急剧增加,数据中心发热量越来越大,对散热技术提出更高的要求,同时,国家对于数据中心能效管控政策也趋于严格,精准高效的散热技术应用迫在眉睫。 The key to the green development of the data center lies in the optimization of energy consumption.The energy consumption of air conditioning in the traditional data center accounts for 38%of the total energy consumption,which is the key link of energy conservation and efficiency improvement in the data center.In recent years,with the development of 5G communication technology,the heat flux density of key components has increased sharply,and the calorific value of the data center is increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for heat dissipation technology.At the same time,the national energy efficiency control policy for the data center has become more strict,and the application of accurate and efficient heat dissipation technology is imminent.
