摘要
机房空调用涡旋压缩机的电机绕组烧毁是压缩机常见的故障。在绕组烧毁前,用户不易发现其故障征兆,而电机绕组线圈被烧毁后,生成的污染物又会污染制冷系统,掩盖了真相,给事后故障原因分析增加了难度。从压缩机长期过载运行、电机堵转、缺油、电压异常、压缩机散热不足、绕组绝缘破坏和电气电路几方面进行了分析,揭示了这些因素与压缩机电机绕组烧毁之间的关系,以提高用户及维护工程师对压缩机损坏前的异常现象的重视。
It is a common fault that the motor winding of the scroll compressor used in the air conditioner of the computer room is burned.It is not easy for users to find the fault symptoms before the winding is burned out,but when the motor winding is burned out,it will cover up some real images that lead to the winding burning out,which increases the difficulty for the later fault cause analysis.This paper analyzes the long-term overload operation of compressor,motor stalling,oil shortage,abnormal voltage,insufficient heat dissipation of compressor,winding insulation damage and electrical circuit,and reveals the relationship between these factors and compressor motor winding burnout,so as to improve the attention of users and maintenance engineers to the abnormal phenomenon before compressor damage.
