意识形态的制度化与制度的意识形态化--当前我国意识形态与制度建设的学理探析

Institutionalized Ideology and Ideologicalized Institutions:Analysis of the Current Theory of Ideology and Institution Construction in China

马克思主义的意识形态理论和制度理论对中国当今的意识形态建设和制度建设具有重要的指导作用。马克思主义认为制度和意识形态呈现一种伴生关系,即意识形态和制度同为上层建筑的共生系统,意识形态是制度的思想展现,制度是意识形态的逻辑表达。遵循马克思主义唯物辩证法之联系观和发展观,一方面应使意识形态建设制度化,以制度文化维系意识形态的话语权力,以根本制度凸显意识形态的崇高地位,以制度自信加强意识形态的政治认同;另一方面,应使制度建设意识形态化,以马克思主义指导制度建设,以毛泽东思想、邓小平理论推动制度变迁,以新时代中国特色社会主义思想促进制度创新。

The Marxist ideological theory and institutional theory have an important guiding role in the ideological construction and institutional construction in China today.Marxism believes that system and ideology present a companion relationship,that is,both ofideology and system are a symbiotic system ofsuperstructure,ideology is the ideological display ofsystem,and system is the logical expression of ideology.According to the connection and development concept of Marxist materialist dialectics,on the one hand,the construction of ideology should be institutionalized,with the discourse power ofideology maintained by institutional culture,the lofty status ofideology highlighted by the fundamental system,and the politics ofideology strengthened with institutional self-confidence.On the other hand,system construction should be ideologicalized,with Marxism guiding system construction,Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory promoting system changes,and socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era promoting system innovation.
