摘要
针对北方河流季节性水环境容量不均问题,以松花江支流、鹤岗市境内第一大河流——梧桐河为研究对象,采用二维岸边排放模型段尾控制法,在动态水文设计条件下,计算COD和氨氮的水环境容量.结果表明,COD、氨氮的理想动态水环境容量与实际动态水环境容量随水期变化的趋势均基本一致;受水期影响明显,水环境容量在丰水期最大,在枯水期最小;最大水环境容量出现在8月份,最小水环境容量出现在3月份.因上游水质优于下游水质,所计算河段的实际动态水环境容量除个别月外,其他月份均大于理想水环境容量.建议可通过控制上游水体水质并综合考虑水期、排污口及支流等影响,合理利用水环境容量,为环境管理提供依据.
Aiming at the seasonal imbalance of water environmental capacity of northern rivers,the COD and NH_(3)-N environmental capacity of Wutong river was calculated using two-dimensional section-end model under dynamic hydrological design conditions.Wutong river is not only one of the main streams of the Songhua River but it is also the largest river in Hegang City.The results show that the variation trend of COD and NH_(3)-N actual water environmental capacity and the ideal value was similar,seasonal difference of the capacity was obvious,the maximum and minimum value of the COD and NH_(3)-N actual water environmental capacity appeared in flood season and dry season,The peak and valley value of the COD and NH_(3)-N environmental capacity appeared in August and March respectively.Compared with the ideal water environmental capacity,the actual dynamic water environmental capacity of the some months is larger resulting form the better water quality of the upstream.It is suggested that the water environmental capacity can be utilized reasonably to improve the water quality for environmental management depending on the effect factors such as water quality of upstream water body,water period,sewage outlet and tributaries.
